Introducing "Josie"

Josie, formerly Olivia, is just the funniest little nut and
the sweetest little snuggler we could imagine. When we
got her home to Austin from Little Rock, she fearlessly
explored every nook and crannie and made the house
her own within 30 minutes. She seriously does not have
a timid bone in her body and has greeted everyone she's
met (and it's been a lot of people!) with such enthusiasm.

She's coming along great with her potty training, she's
learned to sit and we're making progress with tolerating
her crate (sort of). She's a bit of a chowhound, which still
amazes me. I never knew such a little baby could be such
a vacuum! We've discovered she really is not fond of cold
weather, so it's a good thing we live where we do.

On guard at the door.

See my pretty flower?

Judging from her interest in the ribbons on the "welcome home"
gift our neighbors gave us, I think we may be in
trouble next Christmas!

Goofy girl!

Napping so peacefully.

  1. Lisa,

Josie sounds EXACTLY like Bree: her fearlessness, her appetite and her fondness of the crate. Ha!

  2. We are used to Vs being cuddly, but Rogan, and it seems his littermates, are SO cat-like in their cuddling. He'll sit pretty at your feet to be picked up (no attention if he hollers!) and held. He loves to cuddle. It's too bad he'll soon be too big to be held. He's already 15 pounds.
